At present we have 130 women SHGs which are taken from Coimbatore (85) and Calicut (45). They are running effectively with the aim of Generating income for house wives. We have 5 federations of women groups such as Eruthenpathy, Sayathurai, Palaniyar palayam, walayar and Attappady. We have 1 coordinator and 6 field staffs. Every month we have federation meeting to give awareness programme and to discuss about an issue of their place or regarding the development of the federation groups.

Every month the federation members give loans for the income generation activity from their own savings and societys share. We are using a portion of interest amount for the social welfare and another portion of interest is shared among the members themselves.
