In the sayathurai women federation 22 SHGs are working effectively. Every month they used to give loans for the income generation activity of the members. In the month of July-20 members, Aug.- 7 members, Sep. -15 members, Oct- 15 members were given loans for milch animal, Medical, Educaiton, tailoring machine, Sanitation, House building, Agriculture etc.

18th Oct. 2014 Mrs. Angelin mary gave an awareness programme on sexual harassment against women in the federation meeting. Director Fr. Prince Robert and Coordinator Mr.Robert also were present and spoke about the same.
